William Sanford "Sandy" Marlin, age 65, of Portland, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, May 30th, 2022, at home.
He was born on August 28, 1956, in Portland, Tennessee, to Jeanette Lillian Street Marlin, and the late William Puttie Marlin.
William loved bowling. He had been in several leagues over the last few years. He also loved to cook and was especially great at pulled pork BBQ and ribs. He was a very outgoing man, funny, caring, dependable, and never met a stranger.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Trevor Marlin (Brit Theel); daughter, Lauren (Chris) Williams and their children, Tristen and Aidan Williams; brother, David (Jessica) Marlin; neice, Brandy Marlin; neice, Chelsey (Corey) Richard and thier son, London; neice, Brittney (Scott) Ayres and thier children, Knox and Rhett Ayres; and nephew Tanner Evans.
