Travis Winston Wright, age 79 of Gallatin, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2020.
He was born on September 20, 1940 to Joe W. and Bessie Lee Wright. In addition to his parents, Travis is preceded in death by the mother of his children, Betty.
Travis attended Madison High School and retired from Structural Design Group. He loved sports and enjoying that with his second family grandkids. He was a soft spoken, gentle and kind gentleman who gave his all to his family. He was always there to lend a helping hand and make or fix whatever you needed. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Claudine Brown Wright; his children, Karen (Mike) Hill and Alan Wright; his second family children, Craig (Michelle) Brown, Christy (Gary) Hale, Amanda Brown and Jerry; granddaughter, Alyssa Hill; second family grandchildren, Michael Hill, Creighton and Bethany Brown, Curtis and Alyssa Brown, Tanner Hale (Sarah), Kyndal and Elliott Lee, Cullen Brown, Aislin Brown-Pryor, Chase Pryor, John Michael & Dylan Cunningham; 4 great-grandsons; and sisters-in-law, Dinah Jordan and Wanda Brady.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, May 16, at Hendersonville Memory Gardens with Bro. Gary Ferrell officiating.
