Richard Dewayne Meadows, age 78, of Hendersonville passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Abner and Josephine Meadows; and his grandma Sarah.
Richard is survived by his wife of 46 years, Julia Ann Craft Meadows; sons, Jason (Lori) Meadows and R.J. (Dr. Renee) Meadows; daughter, Niki Meadows; grandchildren, Jaxson Blake Meadows and Harper June Meadows; brother, Robert Meadows; and a dear cousin, Melody VanDoren.
The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until time of the Military Honors at 3:00pm on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at Austin & Bell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Hendersonville.
Memorial contributions may be made in Richard’s name to the Beech High School Football Booster’s Club.
