Richard John "Rick" Henry, Jr.

Richard John Henry, Jr. (Rick) 59, of Lafayette TN, passed away at his home on March 11th, 2020.

Rick was the son of the late Richard John Henry Sr. (Dick) and Elizabeth Louise Reed (Betty), of Ridgeland MS.

Along with his father, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Paul Henry 1969 at age 7, Steven William Henry 1989 at age 16, and sister, Catherine Rose Henry McCoy 2015 at age 49.

He is survived by his daughter Elizabeth Henry (Beth), of Hendersonville, and brothers Thomas Roger Henry (Tom), of Coral Springs, FL and James Lawrence Henry (Jim), of Melbourne, Florida and his two sisters, Carol Lou Henry of Ridgeland, MS. and Susan Ann Henry Lauderdale (husband Walt) of San Pedro, CA.
He is also survived by four nephews, Lucas Arron Ratcliff, of Makanda, IL, Senior Airman Steven Maitland Lauderdale, of Monterey, CA Patrick Ryan Lauderdale, of Santa Cruz CA, Brendon Henry Lauderdale, of San Pedro, CA and a niece, Victoria Rose Lauderdale of Chico, CA
Rick’s life was one of service. He was devoted to helping others through the difficulties of addiction and recovery. He’s touched hundreds of lives through years of service to his friends and community.
Services will be on held at 11 am June 19th at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Madison Mississippi.
