Ona Darlene Jones

On Thursday, March 23, 2023, Ona Darlene Jones passed away at age 64 in Gallatin, TN. Darlene was born on January 18, 1959 in Tampa, Florida to Jack Hood and Barbara Roiz.  

She was preceded in death by her father Jack, her mother Barbara, and her son Jason.

She is survived by her daughter Nicole, her husband Tony and her three daughters, Kayla, Krystal, and Karilee, and a great-grandson, Jasper born to Karilee; her son John, his wife Danielle and their three children Bennett, Bryce, and Reagan; her son Kevin, his wife Jennifer and their sons Jordan and Seth; her son Fredrick and his fiancée Desiree; her son Jason’s children, Elijah and Jaylin; her sisters Robin, Dianna, and Linda; her brothers James and Jack; and several nieces and nephews.

She was a wonderful mother who always put her children’s needs above her own and was always there when needed the most. She had a passion for cooking and loved to share her creations with her children and others. Her love for God has resulted in her being called to her eternal home. She will be greatly missed.
