Mary Helen Verley

Mary Helen Verley, age 87 of Westmoreland, passed away October 24, 2022 at her home. Mary was born on January 31, 1935 in Trenton, New Jersey to the late Russell N. Matthews and the late Emily Rachel Jones Matthews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, D. Wayne Verley; siblings, Fred, Herb, Russell, George, and Joe Matthews, Loretta Parker, and Ann Sweeney; and son-in-law, Billy Taylor. She is survived by her daughters, Sandra Taylor of Westmoreland, Tammy Pfieffer of Bordentown, NJ, Sherry Foley of Scottsville, KY, and Dawn Hamilton of Raleigh, NC; 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
