Lowell Reagan Brown, age 86 of Hendersonville, passed away January 12, 2023 surrounded by his family. Lowell was born on June 16, 1936 in Fyffe, Alabama to the late William Clinton Brown and the late Opel White Brown. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, William Edward Brown; and sister, Barbara Neil. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Sandra Brown; children, Libby White (Joseph) and Clint Brown (Cathy); bonus daughter, Pam Steagall Tamme (Theo); grandchildren, Anna Brown, Jacob Tamme (Allison), Seth Tamme (Abby), Sarah Jane Tamme, Adam Gibbs (Kelli), and Ashley Gant; great-grandchildren, Luke, Lyla, and Ella Tamme, Amelia Tamme, Reed Gibbs, Addison Gibbs, and Kaspen Gant. Lowell never met a stranger; he was a true storyteller and loved to share stories with anyone he met. After God and his family, Lowell's other love was anything old and on four wheels. A Celebration of Lowell's Life will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Sumner Funeral & Cremation Lakeside with Pastor Kevin Minchey officiating. Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M and Wednesday from 1:00 P.M. until time of service.
