Loretta Mae Bishop

Loretta Mae Bishop was born November 5, 1943 in Falmouth, KY and she passed away at her residence in Lafayette on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at the age of 74.  She was the daughter of Charles and Viola Allen Smith Miller.  Mrs. Bishop was a sewing machine operator. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and three sisters. Survivors include her husband, Frank E. Bishop, Sr. of Lafayette, son, Frank Bishop, Jr. of Bethpage, daughter, Sheila Krugh of Bethpage; 6 grandchildren, 5 step-grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren  and 13 step-great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Thursday, November 1, 2018 10am to 9 pm at Lord's Sanctuary Church at 734 Red River Rd in Gallatin.  Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, November 2, 2018 at  12 noon at the church.  Burial will follow in Sumner Memorial Gardens.
