Ladon Edmund Payne

Ladon Edmund Payne age 58 of Portland passed away on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at the Portland Medical Center.  He was born in Chattanooga, TN on June 28, 1959 to Roger Edmund and Juanita Jones Payne Hamil. He worked in IT and was a member of the Highland Seventh Day Adventist Church in Portland. He was preceded in death by his mother, sister and step-mother, Roberta Payne. Mr. Payne is survived by his wife, Terry Callis of Portland, son, Christopher Edmund Payne of Bell Buckle, TN; daughters, Ladonna Marie Justice of Denver, CO and Melody Christine Smith of Ohio; father, Roger E. Payne of Portland, TN and a cousin Julie Jensen of Cookeville.  Seven granchildren also survive. Menorial Services will be held at a later date. Memorial donations can be made the the Highland Seventh Day Adventist Church in Portland. Sumner County Funeral and Cremation Services in charge of arrangements.  615-452-9059
