Mrs. Joyce Jeanette Thomas

Mrs. Joyce Thomas, age 84, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2016. She is Preceded in death by her Parents: Clarence & Willie Mai Bailey. She is survived by her husband of 66 years: Charles Thomas; Son: Kenny (Judy) Thomas; Daughters: Bonnie (Harold) Boone & Vicki (Todd) Maloney; Grandchildren: Andrew (Rebekah) Boone, Josh (Brooke) Carman,Sheldon (Leslie) Carman, Steven (Shay) Boone, Jessica Brown (Peyton) Boshers; seven Great-Grandchildren; Pallbearers: Grandchildren; Honorary Pallbearers: The Friendly Sunday School Class of Brush Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church & Church Members.
She was a member of the Brush Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church for over 50 years. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to the Brush Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church Building Fund.
Visitation will be held at Austin & Bell Funeral Home and Cremation Service from 12:00-2:00 pm on Thursday, September 1, 2016. A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 2:00 pm, with Rev. Kenny Butcher officiating, also held at the funeral home. Directly following the service, internment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Nashville, TN.
