Joseph “Joe” Alan Eicher age 33 of Hendersonville passed away in Hendersonville on Wednesday December 2, 2020.
Joe was preceded in death by grandfather Earnest Eicher; and Grandmother Elaine Gerkens.
He is survived by his sons Jax Logan Eicher and Briggs Alan Eicher; mother, Angela Eicher; father, Randy Eicher; brother, Jacob Eicher sisters, Elizabeth Eicher, Kasandra Eicher and Morgan Eicher; grandmother, Anne Eicher; grandparents, Gregory and Mary Hoschak; and nieces, Scarlett Case, Ella Eicher-Frank, Alexis Resha and Ivey Eicher.
Joe was born January 13, 1987 in Lima, OH. He graduated from Leipsic High School, Leipsic, OH and moved to Tennessee with his family in 2005 where he attended NADC. Joe loved his boys, family, and friends unconditionally. Joe enjoyed football thru high school wearing number 62. He also loved the great outdoors, hunting, music, learning to play guitar, and taking something rustic and polishing it into something beautiful. This is what lead him to start his own business Superior Polishing.
Joe had a heart of gold. He would do anything for anyone. He loved to laugh and make others laugh and his smile was contagious. He had a way of being honest and still loveable even if the honesty was not appreciated.
The family will receive friends from 5-7pm Friday, December 11, 2020 at the Austin and Bell Funeral Home in Hendersonville. Funeral services will be conducted at 7pm Friday in the funeral home chapel with Danny Spano officiating.
In Lieu of flowers, many people have asked about where they can make a financial donation. The family has set up a Joseph Eicher Memorial Fund at Simmons Bank, in Gallatin, TN. Any funds received will be used to pay for the funeral expenses. Remaining funds will be used to set up a 529 College fund for Joe's boys, Jax and Briggs.

The funeral home asks that anyone attending the visitation and/or service to please wear a mask and refrain from any physical contact with the family such as hugs and handshakes. For your safety, all CDC guidelines are to be followed.
