Mrs. Jo Ewin

Jo Ewin, age 83 of Hendersonville, passed away unexpectedly June 28, 2020 at her home. Mrs. Ewin was born on August 22, 1936 in St. Petersburg, Florida to the late Dutch Lange and the late Imogene Snow. Jo worked at Bluegrass Country Club for over 40 years and loved her work; she enjoyed gardening and caring for animals; she loved to laugh and have a good time; she loved her children, grandchildren and family dearly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Elda Key "Big Mom"; husband, Thomas Everett Ewin; and daughter, Debbie Young. She is survived by her children, Donald Ewin, Sidney Bettis, Martha Pentecost, Lolita Ewin, and Danielle Ewin; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and sister, Barbara Tidball. In accordance with her wishes, Jo was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
