Jimmy Ray Deering

Jimmy Ray Deering, age 75 of Lafayette, passed away November 28, 2024. Jimmy was born on December 7, 1948 in Lafayette, Tennessee to the late Oakley and Anna Lou Deering.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of, Paula Gail Deering; his granddaughter, Bailey Donoho; and siblings, Helmer Deering, J.V. “Bud” Deering, and Rosa Pearl Long.

He is survived by his children, Tony (Heather) Isenberg and Leslie (Shane) Donoho; grandchildren: Taylor Isenberg, Lane (Addie) Isenberg, Macy (Jesse) Donoho-West, Lexie Isenberg, Gracie Isenberg, and Hadley Isenberg; great grandchildren: Branten “B-Shane” Donoho, Deacon West, Colton West, Jaxon West, Addilyn Isenberg, Evie Isenberg, and Levi Isenberg.

Mr. Deering was a veteran of the United States Army and served in Vietnam. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather who will be deeply missed by his family.
