Jimmie Dale Harrison, age 75 of Hendersonville, TN, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2019.
Jimmie was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He served in the US Army and attended Holiday Heights Baptist Church. He was a man who enjoyed working and family. He was always tinkering with lawnmowers and fixing cars. What he loved the most was getting the family together and spending time with the grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, T.B. and Glendola Harrison; and brothers Ronald and Tommy Harrison. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, June Elizabeth Harrison; son, Houston (Heather) Harrison; daughters Talitha (Baxley) Hellams, Towana Rector, Luana (Richard) Hatcher, Tabatha (Justin) Cazel, Katrina Harrison; brothers Jerry and Roger Harrison; sisters Glenda Faye Riddle, Brenda Kay McGowan, and Francis Marie Campbell; grandchildren David, Matt, Lauren, Annette, Travis, Blake, Amelia, Logan, Hannah, Brandon, Katelyn, Justine, Makenzie, and Christian; and great-grandchildren Naomi, Anna, Everett, and Indiana.
His family will receive friends on Friday, April 5, 2019 from 11am until his Celebration of Life Memorial Service at 1pm at Austin and Bell Funeral Home in Hendersonville.
