Helen E. Weatherford

Helen E. Weatherford, age 86 of Nashville passed away December 1, 2022. Mrs. Weatherford was preceded in death by her husband, Fred K. Weatherford; 5 sisters and 4 brothers. She is survived by her children, Andy King (Vickie), Robert Wayne King, and Candy Jones (Teddy); grandchildren, Kirk King (Bethany), Rachel Baker (Nick), Blake Jones, Brian King, and Rebekah Fitzgerald (Evan); great-grandchildren, Logan King, Malachi Russell, Karmyn Russell, Kloee Russell, Maddox Russell, Kori Russell, Seth Baker, Josh Baker, Zoey Jones, Lexy King, Peyton King, and Penelope Fitzgerald; sister, Claire Taylor; sister-in-law, Judy Terrell; and numerous nieces and nephews. Active Pallbearers will be Jim Bond, Kirk King, Brian King, Logan King, Blake Jones, Evan Fitzgerald, and Byron Kanaday. Mrs. Weatherford was a member of Inglewood United Methodist Church for over 40 years; she loved her family and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed being around people, serving at her church, and never met a stranger. Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Sumner Funeral & Cremation Lakeside in Hendersonville with Dr. Scott Aleridge officiating. Interment will follow in Gallatin City Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. until time of service.
