Gage Callison

July 11, 2007 — January 14, 2021

Gage Callison was born on July 11 , 2007 and was called home by his heavenly father on January 14, 2021 at the age of 13. He attended Portland West Middle School in Portland, TN where he always maintained grades worthy of both the Beta Club and Honor Roll. He was an avid video game enthusiast but also enjoyed outdoors activities such as riding his 4-wheeler or dirt bike and skateboarding with friends. But he especially enjoyed beating his sister Lexi playing " Uno" and board games. He is survived by his parents, Clinton Callison (Jennifer) of Goodlettsville, TN and Amy Strain Parsons (Tim) of Portland TN; his grandparents, Judy Bing of McKenzie, TN and Kenny and Theresa Strain of Deland FL, his sister, Alexis (Lexi) Callison; his half-sisters Autumn Callison, Savannah Callison and Serenity Callison; half- brother Cody Boane; step-sisters, Shyan Parsons and Madeline Parsons; along with numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Gage was a very kind-hearted, loving, special young man who had voiced his desire to his family on numerous occasions that when he grew up he wanted to work to help other people. He hoped to pursue a degree in medicine with a special interest in becoming a surgeon. Knowing his voiced hope of helping others Gage's parents made the decision to allow him to be an organ donor so his wish to help others could become a reality. His family will hold a visitation on January 30th, 2021 at the Lord's Sanctuary Church in Gallatin TN from 11am- 1pm with a Memorial Service to follow at 1pm. All are welcome to join us to share our happy memories of this Wonderful, Amazing Angel who will Forever be in our hearts.
