Fred Curtis Hill

In addition to his parents, Curtis is preceded in death by eight siblings. 

Curtis is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Sandra Kay Allen Hill; children, Stacy Richard, Leigh Anne Hill, Tony (Dana) Parker, Jonathan (Sheri) McGowan, Sonya (Elliot) McGowan Parry, and Aubrey (Jennifer) McGowan; grandchildren, Emily Emerson, Elyssa Wade, Haley Wade, Justin Parker, Trystin McGowan, Jace McGowan, Grady McGowan, Jett McGowan, Kaylor McGowan, Wilder McGowan, and Birdie McGowan; four great grandchildren; brother, Tom Hill; and numerous other family members and friends. 

Curtis loved his family, especially his grandkids. In his free time, Curtis enjoyed watching LSU and Gator football, his 1969 Mustang, old Hymns, and picking on the people he loved. He will be remembered for his big laugh and his contagious charisma. He loved to cook good food and eat it as well. On any given day you could find Curtis sitting in his recliner or running around town giving his friends a hard time. Curtis was a proud veteran for the Marine Corps. 

A memorial service honoring Curtis will be held on Monday, July 3, 2023 visitation from 12:00PM – 2:00PM with the service following at 2:00PM at Christ Is Love Church located at 1004 Drake’s Creek Road, Hendersonville, TN 37075.
