Eva Nell Tittle

Eva Nell Tittle, age 101 of Hendersonville, passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2017, just 3 months shy of her 102nd birthday. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Tittle; her parents, Frank and Pearl Poindexter; her son, Glenn Tittle; and four brothers. She was a lifetime member of the Church of Christ. She is survived by her daughters; Mary Katherine Bloodworth and Susan (Ron) Whitefield; son, Jimmy (Kathy) Tittle; her sister, Mary Jane York of Ft. Smith, Arkansas; 10 Grandchildren; 8 Great-Grandchildren and 7 Great-Great-Grandchildren. Her family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday March,12 at Austin and Bell Funeral Home, Hendersonville. Her Celebration of Life Service will be on Monday, March 17 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Austin and Bell Funeral Home with Keith Parker officiating. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Interment will be in Hendersonville Memory Gardens. The family request that memorial contributions be made to the Jeremy Parker Foundation at Freed Hardeman University, 158 East Main St. Henderson, TN. 38340.
