Elizabeth Denelphy Griffith

Elizabeth Denelphy Griffith, age 87 of Gallatin, formerly of Nashville TN, passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2018. She and her husband had owned and managed the Lischey Avenue Market for over 20 years. Elizabeth loved football and was a huge Vandy fan. She loved to go shopping and loved to travel.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James And Katie Wilson Collins; her husband, Earl B. Griffith; a son, Terry L. Griffith; a brother, Fred Collins; and 2 sisters, Marie Hanson and Christine Griffith.
She is survived by her son, Danny E. Griffith; her sisters, Maxine Brown of Madison and Helen Minzey of Muskegon, Michigan; a brother, Richard Collins of California; her daughter-in-law, Michelle Griffith; and her granddaughter, Morgan Griffith Hobson.
A graveside service is scheduled at 1:00pm on Monday, April 16, at Nashville National Cemetery.
