Doral Jones Summers

Doral Jones Summers, age 76 of Hendersonville, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 surrounded by her caring family. She was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed traveling, shopping, walking on the beach and collecting sea shells. She enjoyed working with and seeing the success of children with special needs.
She is preceded in death by her sisters, Rachel Taylor and Faye Jones. She is survived by her husband of fifty five years, Carl Summers; daughters, Karen (Scott) Southall and Shannon Summers; brothers, Andrew Jones, Barry (Jewel) Jones and Eddie (Nancy) Jones; brother in law, Sam Taylor. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
There will be a gathering of family and friends from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 11 at Austin and Bell Funeral Home, Hendersonville.
