Carter Mitchell Anders gained his wings on Friday, March 4th, 2022 at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.
Carter was born on January 31st, 2022 at Vanderbilt Medical Center to Michael Ray Anders and Jessica Nicole Williams. Although he was only with us for a short time, he left a lasting memory to all and will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his parents, Michael Ray Anders and Jessica Nicole Williams; brother Michael "Mikey" Ray Anders Jr; grandparents Jimmy Anders and Tina Williams; aunts Amanda Cagle, Cynthia Anders, and Ashley Reeves; cousins Shannon & Andrew Cagle, and Terrion & Elyis Williams.
He is preceded in death by grandmother Lana June (Tipton) Anders; grandfather Danny Ray Williams; and aunt Katie Williams.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers Carter's parents ask for donations to be made to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital NICU in memory of Carter Anders.
