Bryan Scot Jobes, age 43 of Goodlettsville, passed away unexpectedly on November 30, 2023. Bryan was born on July 28, 1980 in Evansville, Indiana to Robert C. Jobes, Jr. and Lynn Crider Teal. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lynn Teal.
Bryan is survived by his parents, Bob and Connie Jobes; sisters, Kara Garrett (Johnny), Danielle Ward (Julie), and Sarah Fulcher (Jamie); nephew, Jackson Garrett; nieces, Ella Garrett, Addie Garrett, McKendree Ward, and Madison Ward; aunt, Mary Lobritz; cousins, Kate Joseph and Carrie Williamson; godparents, Jules and Kerry LeBoyer; and his friends and golfing buddies who are too numerous to count.
Bryan was a 1998 graduate of Lebanon High School and later attended Cumberland University and University of Southern Indiana. He was an avid golfer who enjoyed sharing his love of the game, especially with his nephew, Jackson. Bryan loved his family dearly; he treasured his nieces and nephew who he treated like they were his own. He will be remembered for his quick wit, sense of humor, and making the world around him brighter.
A Celebration of Bryan’s Life will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Sumner Funeral & Cremation Lakeside. Visitation with the family will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Goodlettsville Help Center, donations may be made at the link below.
