Brenda Gayle Brown

Brenda Gayle Brown, age 73 of Gallatin, passed away October 15, 2021. Brenda was born on January 15, 1948, to the late Bud Tuck and the late Hattie Ray. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, William Brian Brown. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Bill Brown; children, Rodney Joe Woodson and Wendy Gayle Caudell (Steve); grandchildren, Lindsey Gayle Douglas, Haley Douglas, Peyton Caudell, and Kristen Woodson; great-grandchildren, Jordan Douglas, Greyson Mooneyhan and Kyla Woodson; siblings, Debbie Sartain, Vickie Hardy, Paulette McGlasson, and Randall Adams; several nieces and nephews; and her breakfast friends at Mary’s Place Restaurant. Brenda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend; she was full of life, never met a stranger and always loved to socialize with her family and friends; she enjoyed interior decorating and making things beautiful; she will be deeply missed by her family and friends. A Celebration of Brenda’s Life will be held on Monday, October 18th, 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home, 104 Sanders Ferry Road in Hendersonville. Visitation with the family will be on Sunday from 5-8 P.M. and Monday from 10:00 A.M. until service time.
