Bobby Gene Paxton

Bobby Gene Paxton was born April 22, 1930 in Greeneville, TN and he passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin at the age of 88.  Mr. Paxton was the son of Roy Andrew and Rena Wilburn Paxton.  He was a veteran of the Korean War in the US Navy, member of the American Legion and of Baptist faith. Mr. Paxton was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Mary Royce Watrus. Survivors include his wife, Pamela J. Paxton of Gallatin, son, Dave Paxton of Orange Park, FL, daughters, Melody Paxton of Seattle, WA and  Belinda Paxton of Mt. Vernon, WA; mother of his children, Ann Merriman, of Mt. Vernon, WA, brother, Kenneth Paxton of Maryville, TN.  Grandchildren, Riley, Corey and Emmet also survive. No services are planned at this time.
