Billy Joe Rice

Billy Joe Rice was born April 22, 1947 in Rock Cave, West Virginia and he passed away on Monday, November 12, 2018 at his residence in Gallatin at the age of 71.  Mr. Rice was the son of John Dale and Ruby M. Jould Rice. He owned Royal Flush Plumbing Company for over 20 years and was a veteran of the US Air Force. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, brother, and three sisters. Survivors include his wife, Pamela June Gray Rice of Gallatin, two sons, Jonathan Albert Rice and Chris Rice both of Gallatin; daughter, Jennifer Dicks of Beaver, PA; four brothers, John, Jerry, Tom and Bob; sister Janet and four grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, November 24, 2018 10:30 to 11 am with memorial service at 11 am.  The service will be at The Lord's Sanctuary Church located at 734 Red River Rd in Gallatin. Pastor Jerry Peace will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the The Lord's Sanctuary Church  at 734 Red River Rd, Gallatin TN  37066 Sumner County Funeral and Cremation Services is charge of local arrangements.  615-452-9059
