Ayman Albert, age 53, of Hendersonville, TN passed away on Monday, January 27, 2020.
The owner of the restaurant Jumbo and Delicious, Ayman was beloved by everyone who met him. He was a wonderful husband and loving father. He loved to joke with people and was a generous friend. He could not stand to see others in need and expressed sacrificial love. A deeply Christian man, he loved the Lord with his whole heart and lived out his faith every day. He was the most charismatic human being with the biggest heart.
Ayman grew up in Egypt where he attended College de la Sainte Famille High School in Cairo and then studied medicine at Cairo University. There he was a Sunday school teacher where every week he would meet the children at home and walk with them to attend Church. Ayman married his wife of 21 years, Viola Albert, in Egypt before moving to the U.S. in 2000. In 2001 they had Danny Ayman Albert and in 2002, Kevin Ayman Albert.
He is also survived by his mother, Fahema Fahmy; brother, Emil (Amany) Albert; sisters, Eman (Foud) Albert, and Ebtesam (George) Kamel.
Ayman is preceded in death by his father, Albert Gattas Saman.
His family will receive friends on Thursday, January 30, 2020 from 10:30 a.m. until his Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Hendersonville with Fr. Eric Fowlkes officiating. Mass will be live streamed to watch online at

. Burial will follow at Beech Cemetery with Emil, Emad, Shreef, Mohab, Monir and Moged serving as pallbearers.
